Join us at 38th & Post for a deep-dive into the world of online editing, conform, and delivery for high-end productions. You'll learn the ins-and-outs of bringing a project through the post process and onto the big screen. This panel features experts from Dolby, IMAX, and Mass FX Media and will answer all your questions about what to do when you're ready for distribution. Sean Richardson from Dolby (sound), and Peder Morgenthaler from Frame Linear (color) and Andrea Nordgren (Heroine Films) - moderated by Shawna Shultz (Mass FX)

Peder Morgenthaler

Peder a senior colorist and post supervisor with 20 years of experience in post production. He’s finished and delivered hundreds of spots, promos, docs, features and TV episodes to platforms like Amazon, Netflix, Max, HGTV, Food Network and more. He loves applying his knowledge of advanced image pipelines, optimized post workflows and creative color science in the service of great stories, and adores the collaborative process that unfolds in a dark room with a handful of creative people.

Peder is passionate about developing the next generation of media professionals, and mentors young filmmakers and students through CineFe and Denver School of the Arts. He also produces content for MixingLight.com, a colorist training platform.

You can find Peder and his work at framelinear.com.

Andrea Nordgren

I'm a Colorado-based commercial, branded content, and film director whose visual approach to telling moving and inspiring stories is intimate, vibrant, and human. My nomadic childhood shaped me into a highly agile creator with an intense curiosity about human behavior, a life-long wanderlust, and a passion for championing diverse communities, cultures, and causes. I have a degree in psychology and a background as a substance-abuse therapist, which elevate my natural ability to genuinely connect with people. While my roots began in docu-style storytelling and I'm highly-skilled in working with real people, I'm experienced in the narrative space and love working with professional talent. My set style is frequently described as calm, kind, and collaborative. When not obsessed with prep or directing, I'm likely hiking, running, or attending a film festival.

As a creative director and executive producer, I’ve worked in agencies and brand-side across a number of industries such as healthcare, hospitality, financial, education, pharma, agriculture, food & beverage, and more. I led teams in developing creative platforms and integrated campaigns including branded content, digital, print, video/film, motion graphics, social, OOH, and radio. Over 15 years experience in agency strategy and leadership along with managing creative teams from writers, designers, art directors, and video creators to external partners, post-production houses, and crews.
